August 17th update:
Well, the summer is running short, but since I have noticed an increase in the traffic on the site with at least 400 visitors since June, I feel I owe everyone an update on the progress of Firefly.
We went to Vermont for a week. It rained. (I have the boat outside under tarps, garage is full)
We came back from Vermont. It rained. A lot
Today, we had the first good day to build in two weeks. I removed all of the screws that held the two layers of ply together and then filled all the holes with West 405 filler. Hopefully I can sand and plane the bottom to prep for cloth next week.
