lovely fully-furnished winterized cottage is next door to 5007 Reeds Point in a quiet community located five
miles from Geneva on west shore of Seneca Lake. This lakefront cottage, which sleeps up to eight people,
has two separate living areas and entrances:
Downstairs
Living Quarters:
The
downstairs living area is newly decorated with a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bath, washer/dryer,
cable TV with DVD/VCR and living room with two sliders to a wrap-around deck (with gas grill) overlooking the lake--perfect
for a single person, a romantic get-away for two, or a family with small child (cot available).

Upstairs
Living Quarters:
The
upstairs quarters has a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, bath and living room with sofa and loveseat
that both open up to sleep three to four additional people, cable TV with DVD/VCR and sliders to deck overlooking the lake.

Information:
All
linens and towels included. Rowboat and canoe available for use; fire pit on the beach; no dock.
Please no smoking and no pets. Available in-season June 1st through September 30th
($750/week for one unit or $1,000/week for entire house). Please inquire about weekend/daily rentals.
Academic rental available off-season.
