Here is a list of events for the evening.
We'll update this list with times as soon as we know them.

Activities

The Amazing Dave Anderson
A family entertainer who enjoys performing for everyone, David has a unique style of magic that combines his many talents.  He is a gifted entertainer who readily responds to his audience with his humorous repartee and classic magic.  People throughout NH, MA, CT, and Maine know and love both his performances and his giving nature.  Many charities have benefited from his talents, most notably the Starlight, Starbright Foundation.  We are very pleased and proud to be able to showcase Dave Anderson at Midnight Magic in Gorham, NH!!!
Visit his website at:  www.andersonmagic.com

MIB: Men In Black DJs
Robert Platt manages this group of energetic, entertaining, and enigmatic DJs.  They take an ordinary evening and make it extraordinary.  Their personalties will light up the night as we count down the final hours until "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows".   Rob has agreed to keep playing past midnight - he's ready to stay up all night with us if he has to!  Well known in northern NH, this group has played at many weddings, proms, and local dances.  Generous to a fault, they donate their time to many worthy causes, including Groveton's July 4th Celebration, and others.  For this night, they have donated their entire fee to the Town Hall!!!  We can't thank them enough.

Quidditch on the Common
This very fun wizard game has been adapted for Muggles!
Come test your agility against our Beaters, Keepers and Seekers.  Try to catch the golden snitch or just avoid being hit by a bludger!

The Sorting Hat
What House do you belong in?  Will the Sorting Hat put you there?  Find out by going to be sorted!  Join us at the Gorham Congregational Church, located on the corner of Main and Church Streets.

OWLs (Ordinary Wizarding Levels) at North Country Dental
Yes, the same Muggles who keep your teeth healthy - just like Hermione's parents - are willing to proctor the exams for all wizards, witches, and muggles who attend the festival. Can you pass the exam? Prove your knowledge, earn a prize, and just have a lot of fun!

Wizard Chess
Ron Weasley is not only kind and a great wizard (ask Dobby) but he's also a most perceptive chess player.  Do you remember the chess puzzle he solved to reach the Sorcerer's Stone?  Well, now you can take a crack at it, mate. Solve the puzzle with Gorham's Chess Master, Albert French.  And, just to make the challenge more fun, solve it by having your friends stand in as chess pieces.  Life sized chess, laid out near the Gorham Public Library.  Muggle-sized games will be inside the Library, so you can think the puzzle through without an audience.

Dumbledore's Office
Visit the Headmaster's Office, which, for only one day will be hidden in Wonderland Bookstore on Exchange Street.  We do hope that it is transported well from Hogwarts!  Look for Gryffindor's Sword and Fawkes the Phoenix!

The Apothecary
Willow Tree Apothecary on Exchange Street will be transformed into a purveyor of potions supplies, wands, protection pouches,  all things magical for June 30 to July 21.  This wonderful provider of healthy foods and herbal healings is most magical everyday of the year, but made even more so by Tuesday Willow.

Madame Malkin's Robes
Exchange Street's Fabrications by Fran for all your robe needs.  Stop by to get fitted for your school robes!

Herbology Lessons
Professor Sprout will be holding classes at Gorham House Florist

Quality Quidditch Supplies
Our sports enthusiasts will be on hand to help you pick out the latest broom!  Visit them at  Gorham Hardware on Main Street.

Honeydukes Sweets
Where does everyone want to go?  Why, Honeydukes, of course!  Pick up a bag of Bertie Botts (look out for the bogie flavored ones, yuck!).  Or, get a piece of chocolate (frogs, Lindor truffles, even Godiva!) to revive after seeing the Dementor!  Oh, their Muggle name is Sweet 116 on Main Street.

Tea with the Slug Club
We all hope that Prof. Slughorn and his friends  will make it for tea to the White Mountain Cafe, located on Main Street.  Feeling a bit peckish?  Stop by for a lunch.

Hagrid and Sirius' Flying Motorcycle
It would be against the Ministry of Magic's rules, so it may not fly off (while we're looking) but we have it on good sources that this amazing motorcycle will be at Motorcycle & Snowmobile Repair located in the plaza on Main Street!  And look for Hagrid & Sirius!

Care of Magical Creatures
Volunteers from Squam Lakes Science Center have graciously agreed to attend our event!  Gorham High School Grad, Kate Landry, will also be on hand at Motorcycle & Snowmobile Repair to display their knowledge of many kinds of creatures!

Harry Potter's Scavenger Hunt
What would a Wizard need to go back to Hogwarts?  Well, the school supply list is fairly complicated, what with needing all kinds of potions supplies, quills, clothing, books, and sweets!  Search along Diagon Alley and in Hogsmeade (that's Exchange Street and around Gorham for the Muggles). Pick up the official Midnight Magic Scavenger Hunt List  and find it all!

Magical Foods Competition
Who's mother makes the best treacle tart?  (The Weasley's).  What half-giant makes the hardest rock cakes?  (Hagrid).  Who makes the best cockroach clusters?  (Mrs. McGillicuddy!)
Sign up for the Best-Tasting Magical Food at Eichler's Appliance (in the Plaza on Main Street).  Have your food item in by 5:00 p.m.  Judging will be done by Mrs. Fontaine, Mr. Eichler, and the general public.  Prizes will be awarded later in the evening (more on that later!)

Fortune Telling
We're not sure where Madame Trelawney has wandered off to now, but she can't be far.  Have her or one of her able students tell you your future (I'm sure it's a grim one!)

Florian Fortescue's Ice Cream Shop
Ice cream is a treat not to be missed, especially when you can get it at Scoggin's located on Main Street.  We hope they have Pumpkin Ice Cream, a witch and wizard favorite!

Magical Crafts
Need a wand?  Wish you had a dragon for a pet?  Then bring your mom or dad with you to the Family Resource Center at 123 Main Street.  Madeleine, Chris, and Libby will be glad to help you!  And, if you don't have Tonk's ability to change your features, have your face painted while you're there!

Making Memories
You'll always want to remember this night, and what better way than with a (Muggle) photograph.  NDP Photography  is generously donating their time and talent to take pictures of our guests.  For a small fee (only $6)  you can have your photo taken with your friends and Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, (or whoever your favorite is) in front of a backdrop painted to resemble Hogwarts!  A most magical memory!  You'll find NDP Photography at Gorham Congregational Church, located on the corner of Main and Church Streets.

Azkaban Prison
Ever felt like your little brother belonged in Azkaban Prison?  Or, maybe your boss?  Look for the Ministry of Magic Officials from Azkaban Prison.  They will gladly (for only $2) write out an Official Decree for Arrest.  Soon, your nemesis will be safely tucked away in the Prison with the Dementor to suck out their soul (if need be).  After a 15 minute stay they will be freed - with a soul reviving bar of Honeydukes chocolate as a reward for good behavior!  And you will both be rewarded by knowing you've supported a good cause - the Theater!

Hunt for the Horcruxes Geocaches
Arthur Weasley and Muggles love compact little devices.  And, Harry Potter fans love puzzles.  Now's your chance to find the 6 Horcruxes that have been hidden around Gorham!  For only $1 you'll receive the clues to all 6 locations.  Find them and return to Dumbledore's Office (located in Wonderland Book Store) to receive your reward (Well, it should be enough that you'll have defeated the Dark Lord, but we'll give you something, anyway!)

Dinner Time
When it's time for dinner, stop by any of the fine restaurants in Gorham.  But, if you'd like part of your meal's costs donated to the Theater - $2 per person in costume - then go to :  Saladino's on Main Street, Mr. Pizza on Main Street, KFC on Lancaster Road, Crabby Jack's on Main Street, and now also  Pizza Hut on Main Street.  Ask for the scroll of parchment to sign in at those restaurants!
