The haunted walk through

This part is so important to me. It's my favorite part of our parties but is also the hardest to organize. Read this info on "Scareactors" and you'll see why. Plus, I'm having a difficult time getting enough adults involved!

Basically, this is how is works.

People line up and two guides come to take a group of people through. Hopefully, we can have about 4 guides so 2 at a time can bring groups of 10 or so, depending on the crowd.

The guides have flashlights and preferably, one of them will tell the guests some scarey story about what is in store for them. MOOHAAHAA! The other guide is at the end of the group to make sure everyone stays together.

Along the trail, there will be areas where a short skit is performed like, Samara coming out of a well, a group of zombies crawling out of graves, mad doctors performing experiments, stuff like that. The group stops to watch and then heads off again. We have about 4 areas or so where these can be done. Lighting would only be in certain areas for the monsters to be seen. Maybe some "effect lighting" in other areas.

In other places, there would just be wandering creatures coming at the guests.

The trail is pretty long, which is great! Chris and my Dad worked hard today clearing it all out and there are some good spots for skits.

I would LOVE to have animated props but, time is running out to get them made, so I doubt it. If you have any ideas on that, let me know! That's about it.

I would like enough monsters and guides so that they can all take turns performing. The walk will run from 7 to 9 or 10, depending on how many people there are. I don't want anyone to have to work more than an hour at at time so hopefully we get enough people.

I'm trying to get more adults then younger people for this area because there needs to be responsibility. One adult per group at least. There will need to be at least one meeting ahead of time to go through the trail and get an idea of how things will work. Then hopefully they can all keep in touch via e-mail.

My cousin has a small generator for us to use in this area for fog machines, small lights, etc. THANKS BILL!!!!!
