The vehicle of the Mass Registry was a 1980 Dodge diplomat with a Basic 318 V8.In 81 the same
vehicle with 440 V8 on fenders it said Highway Safety and many local depts got grants also from state & got these Highway
Safety Grant 440 V8 units with duel exhaust.They were quick for such a big car at the time.
