C.A.S.P.E.R. is an organization dedicated to the study of the paranormal through the use of ethnographic data collection
and participant-observation methods, the use of archaeological field and survey techniques, historical research, folkloric
analysis, expermentally-controlled lab and field testing, and psychocultureal surveys. It is our approach to document
the phenomena observed. This is an ongoing learning process, and the organization isflexible, open, and participant-friendly.
We respect the deceased, the witnesses to the event and their privacy, the site and its environs, and the data collected.
We are an organization open to all those individuals seriously interested in the investigation and study of paranormal phenomena.
