Jeffrey J. Waldman has an ongoing commitment to use his professional and personal skills
for a variety of community endeavors. He is past-President of the Jewish Community Center of Atlantic County. During his tenure
as President, the JCC Board of Directors launched a multi-million dollar capital campaign to rebuild the Center.
He has also served as a board member of Jewish Family Services, Chair of the Federation of Jewish Agencies' Super Sunday Campaign
for two campaigns and as a volunteer with Literacy Volunteers of Atlantic County.
His services to the Atlantic County
Court System include Arbitrator and Early Settlement Panelist in Law Division and Special Civil Part . He has lectured
for the South Jersey Property Managers' Association and a former mediation instructor for The Community Justice Institute.
He has served as a judge for the Atlantic County Mock Trial Competition.
Jeff is solicitor for the Atlantic County Democratic Committee and is Egg Harbor Township's District I Atlantic
County Democratic Committeeman.
In February, 1997, Mr. Waldman was honored by The United Way and The Atlantic County Bar Association,
and received the 1997 Community Service Award for using his professional skills for the benefit of the community.
In April , 2006, Jeff organized and performed at Rockin' the Kitchen; a benefit for the Friends of Sister
Jean Webster, an organization that feeds the homeless in Atlantic City. The event raised over $15,000.00, which is the
single largest donation to that organization. On May 1, 2009, Rockin' the Kitchen II was a huge success, raising $21,000.00
for Sister Jean's Kitchen and the Community FoodBank of South Jersey.
