This beautiful cream colored stole is embellished with grape vines. Grapes are symbolic of Holy Communion and
of the blood shed by Jesus on the cross for the forgiveness of sin. Grapes are also symbolic of the fruitfulness of the Christian
life. The printed fabric surrounds the appliqued cross that is on the white fabric to remind us of the pureness
of the sacrament of communion. The white fabric is edged with gold braided trim to enhance the focus on the cross. This stole
is appropriate for Communion but would be appropriate at many other worship services.
The stole front is crafted from a commercialy printed heavy weight cotton/blend.
The cross is appliqued and finished with machine embroidery. The vines surrounding the cross are handpainted
with textile paint. It is lined with the same fabric as the front and is interfaced for added body. Stole
is 51" long measuring from back of neck to the bottom of the hem on one side. It measures
4 1/2" wide at the hem and tapers to 2 3/4" at the neck.

This white stole is perfect for leading the sacrament of Communion. The fruit of the vine (the grapes)
is symbolic of the wine used to echo Christ's blessing of the cup in his Last Supper. The wheat stands for the host or bread
signifying the sacrficed bosy of Christ. The stole is white to remind us of Christ's pureness.

long measuring from back of neck to the bottom of the hem on one side. It measures 4 1/2"
wide at the hem and tapers to 2 3/4" at the neck.
