This stole is embellished with a celtic knot
that is often referred to as the two lovers knot or the eternity knot. Some refer to it as the 'thread of life'. The
thread of life weaves two lives together in love, going forward together though life's stages, embracing life and all it has
to offer. A perfect symbol to wear when officating at a wedding ceremony! The short length of this stole also makes it easy
to fold for traveling.
The stole front is crafted from a little
fleked (in gold) cream colored cotton. The symbol is handpainted with textile paint and is finished with
variegated thread machine embroidery. It is lined with the same cotton fabric as the front and is interfaced for added body.
Stole is 32" long measuring from back of neck to the bottom of
the hem on one side. It measures 4 1/2" wide at the hem and tapers to 2 3/4" at the neck.

triquetra. The triquetra is an early trinitarian design found espeically in the British Isles. Its three equal arcs represent
equality, its continuous line expresses eternity (reinforced by the circle) and the interweaving represents indivisibility. The stole front is crafted from a variegated lavendar/purple cotton. The symbol
is handpainted with white textile paint and is finished with gold variegated thread machine embroidery. It is lined with
the same cotton fabric as the front and is interfaced for added body. Stole
is 52" long measuring from back of neck to the bottom of the hem on one side. It measures
4 1/2" wide at the hem and tapers to 2 3/4" at the neck.
