The J-Rod Super Strong Twin is designed and built to replace the mic clamp on your video camera. One of the weakest
parts of these cameras is stock mic clamp. All the weight of the microphone and mic accessories are supported by 2 small
plastic rings, which will break in time. A new replacement mic clamp from the manufacturer $75-$150, and will just break
again. For much less you can replace the mic clamp with a J-Rod Twin mount, which will allow you to mount your microphone
on a rubber band shock mount (optional purchase) AND mount a radio receiver or Firestore. This will leave your top shoe available
for a camera light if you need.

Designed for the video journalist and
wedding videographer using shoulder mount and smaller cameras, the Super Strong Twin mount is made of 1 piece solid aluminum
that is anodized black. Much like the original J-Rod Twin, the Super Strong Twin lets you mount 2 accessories to your camera,
where you could previously attach only a microphone. This is a huge advantage when using a wireless mic and shotgun mic set
up.
Each Super Twin mount has a 2 year replacement warranty.
