"Just received my J-Rod and shock mount and I want to say a big THANK YOU for designing a crucial piece of equipment
that overcomes what I consider a major design flaw with Sonys Z1. With the JRod I can mount my Sennheiser ME66 and Softie
and move the mic far enough back that the wide angle adapter doesnt pick the mic up in frame anymore. "

"I am so fascinated about the J-Rod as an elegant solution to attach
long microphones (as the Sennheiser ME66) with their windshields (Rycote
Softie, in my case) to camcorders like the Sony Z1, A1 and others, which
solves several problems at once: No appearance of the mic in the viewfinder
(i.e. in the picture) when filming in wide angle, no extra long camera bag
needed, still being able to flip out the LCD screen of the Z1."

"Great product and service! Fast shipping! Thanks!
great engineering. a real asset."
The J-Rod is used by video journalists at CNN, The Star-Ledger, The Dallas Morning News, and film crews worldwide.
