This project called for an addition to a Contemporary Styled home on a four acre site.  The new wing, departing from the old style, has a more modern aesthetic.  The schematic design represented here, includes the addition, a pool and a series of cascading terraces to navigate the sloped site.

Looking back to the new wing from the pool, one can see the stair space that links the existing to the new.  As the landscape steps down the hill, the walls and roof of the addition step away to the north creating and out door room nestled between the wings.
