Our services are top notch, but that doesn't mean that you'll go broke using our knowledge. These
are our our basic service fees. However, since each job and its requirements are different, your rates are subject
to change. (And believe it or not, sometimes we have to change our prices downwards to be fair to our clients.)
Transcription: 90 cents per audio minute. This works out to $9.00/hr.
(And yes, we're cheaper than India.) For staff meetings with more than three speakers, please call for a quote.
Word Processing: $3.00 per page.
Administrative Support: Please call us to discuss your needs for
accurate pricing. Administrative support includes appointment setting, follow-up calls to potential clients, calendar
management, personalized greeting cards, and placing ads in safelists, classified sites and other internet venues.
Proofreading Services: As a guideline, our rates begin at $2.50
per page for proofreading, $3.50 per page for editing and $12.50 per page for writing. For estimating purposes, a typical
page contains 250 words. Please contact us to review your requirements.
Database Entry: 15 cents per line of entry. This includes
setting up mailing labels, inputting information to import into other programs such as Outlook, Access or ACT.
Website Creation: Although we are not a website design company
we are proficient with setting up basic websites (sans Flash or high end gadgetry). We are also affiliated with a hosting service that provides SEO optimization and web creation. You can learn more about them by clicking here.
