PURPOSE

The purpose of “Wildside B.A.S.S” is: To support the “Massachusetts Bass Federation”, other affiliated chapters and the “Bass Anglers Sportsman Society”; To stimulate public awareness of bass fishing as a major sport; To preserve and further the sport of bass fishing; To offer our “State Department of Fish and Wildlife” our organized moral support; To maintain and encourage both private and governmental involvement in preservation of quality water necessary to maintain a quality bass fishery within our state; and to promote and encourage youth fishing.

I am enclosing my completed application with my annual dues (non-refundable after acceptance) in consideration of the furtherance of your purpose, objectives, and permission to participate in this organization.

On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, I hereby waive and release any and all claims for damages and/or personal injuries which may occur before, during or after "Wildside B.A.S.S.” organized functions; other persons, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns affiliated with “Wildside B.A.S.S.” inclusive.

I enter this organization on my own free will and recognize and assume complete responsibility for my actions and deeds.
