Payment Policy:

You may purchase on-line using PayPal.  Major credit cards are accepted.  We also accept money orders and checks.  Payment is required prior to shipment.  Unfortuneately due to high transaction fees, we can not accept credit cards over the phone.

For custom orders, we request a down payment prior to the start of the project.

Returns Policy:

Our products are high quality and we encourage customers to provide feedback. We take pride in knowing our customers are happy with their purchase.

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives.  If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately.  Save your packing material.  We will advise you as actions required.  Upon return of the item it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

In the event you wish to return the item,  please notify us for a Return Authorization number within 15 days.  Return the undamaged item to the address below in the original packing materials. Your purchase price, less shipping charges, will be refunded to you.

Refunds are not provided for custom orders except for manufacturing defects.
