Day Payment Plans Arranged Into 2, 3, 4, 5, Or 6 Easy Payments First Payment Of 1/3 Down Will Be Due In 2 Days From Placing
A HOLD On Item(S) Depending On The Length Of The Plan, Each Subsequent Payment Will Be Due In 30 Day Monthly Cycles Until
The Balance Is Paid In Full. Cancellation of Layaway: In the event of a layaway being cancelled by the buyer prior to my receipt
of the final payment, seller reserves the right to keep 40% of the amount already paid. Requests to delete an item(s) are
also subject to the above 40% cancellation fee. Replacing item(s) within an already existing Layaway order is subject to my
discretion & availability at the time of purchase - will try to be as fair as possible Refunds will be issued within 48
hours Default of Layaway: If final payment is not made within 30 days of the stipulated due date....unless otherwise arranged
for in advance - 40% re-stocking fee will apply as well Refunds will be issued within 48 hours
