Ratification Of Contract
The contract Vote was taken on Went 10-05-05 and was accepted and ratified. ULP Lock out end in sight. The Contract was
signed on 10-24-05, the signing bonus is being withheld and Cabot is asking for another agreement to return to plant.
5 Local 619C Members have returned to the plant at this time. the signing bonus is still an issue to be resolved,
along with Others.
