About David Knestout:
David is 15 years old and will be a junior at Sherwood High School. He is a member of
the Sherwood swim team and lettered his freshman and sophmore years. David loves being a member of the Tanterra Tarpons.
He also swims year round with Rockville Montgomery Swim Club (RMSC) at the Martin Luther King pool location where he is a
member of the Advanced Seniors group. He has been an assistant coach for pre-team for four years and is excited for
another great season.
