Stacey L. Suggs was inducted into Alpha Nu Omega Sorority, Inc. as a charter member of the Delta Chapter in the Spring of 1997, while attending Delaware State University where she was pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. After being inducted, she remained a leader on the chapter's executive board as the secretary. Due to her love and concern for the organization's growth, she traveled extensively to assist with the establishment of the Epsilon Chapter at University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) in the Fall of 1997 and continues to assist each chapter where ever needed.

Dove Sister Stacey was appointed by National President Curtis M. Brown, to be the Regional Director of Ministry and Administration of Sorority Affairs for the DelMar Region. She has been in this leadership capacity for the region from 2001 until the present time. On the national level, RDMA Suggs is the Director of Hospitality where she leads the committee in serving the members of Alpha Nu Omega, Inc. and their guests. Also she serves as the National Liaison for Founders and Honorary Members.

RDMA Suggs is a founding member of Kingdom Worship Center of Delaware where she serves her Pastors—Elders Clarence & Robin Patterson, who are also members of Alpha Nu Omega, Inc. RDMA Suggs was ordained as a Deacon in 2002 under the leadership of presiding prelate, Bishop Ralph Dennis and Kingdom Fellowship Covenant Ministries.
