Starling graduated with honors from Towson University in 1998. She was
inducted into the Beta Chapter of Alpha Nu Omega in the Spring of 1996.
During her membership in the Beta Chapter, she served as Chapter President
and was instrumental in contributing to the development of leaders and
helping the chapter have a stronger presence on campus. Since graduation,
she has served as Regional Director of Member Affairs (RDMA) for the Baltimore/Washington
Region and later, as the region grew and was split, RDMA for the DC Metro
Region. As RDMA, Starling worked diligently to ensure that chapters within
her care were fulfilling the mission of Alpha Nu Omega. During Starling's
tenure as RDMA, she was also an active member of the Baltimore/Washington
Alumni Chapter where she took joy in not only participating in the activities,
but also in providing assistance when needed. Serving as National Vice
President of Sorority Affairs, Starling strives to strengthen the sorority
to become members who will take Alpha Nu Omega to the next level and who
will continue to aid in the progress of this organization.
