With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, and building upon many years of academic, business, and military experience, Glenn specializes in academic and technical editing, technical writing, software documentation, academic papers and reports, technical presentations, and proposals.

He can work with MS Word, FrameMaker, Latex, HTML, SGML, CGI/Perl, C/C++, or Unix, using a variety of standards including the MS Manual of Style, IEEE Style Manual, Chicago 14th, APA, MLA, Webster's, and the OED.
