Current Events

1) We at St. Paul the Apostle believe that God is the Great Creator and that He created the heavens and the earth and everything that dwells upon the earth.
In the beginning God created the heaven an d the earth. Genesis 1:1

2) We at St. Paul the Apostle believe that man rebelled against God of his own free will, therefore condemning all mankind to a life without God.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3: 23

3) We at St. Paul the Apostle believe that the Saviour of this world is God incarnate. (That is God became human) He was conceived by Holy Ghost and was born of a virgin.
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as His mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found to with child of the Holy Ghost. Matthew 1: 18

4) We at St. Paul the Apostle believe that the Lord Jesus Christ was the Atonement for our sins, therefore reconciling mankind with God.
Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; Romans 3:24-25

5) We at St. Paul the Apostle believe that man is saved through the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ only, and no matter of good deeds or works can save us.
To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Romans 3:26 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. Romans 3:28 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.  Ephesians 2:8-9

6) We at St. Paul the Apostle believe that the Lord Jesus Christ did indeed rise from the dead, ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God.
And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him. Mark 16:6 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. Mark 16:19

7) We at St. Paul the Apostle believe in one God in three persons God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Matthew 28:19
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 1John5:7

8) We at St. Paul the Apostle believe at the end of time all the dead shall be risen and judged accordingly.
And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire Revelation 20: 11-15

9) We at St. Paul the Apostle truly believe that the Word of God was penned by men, but inspired by the Holy Ghost. Therefore it is God’s true Word and is inerrant (meaning mistake free) In other words if the Bible says Jonah was swallowed by a great fish then it really happened. To say that the Bible was influenced in any way by man, is to call God a liar.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2 Timothy 3:16
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.2 Peter 1:20-21
