Recently I have become interested in War Memorials and Monuments in Troy, New York. In this album, I've assembled
pictures of some of the many War Memorials and Monuments in Troy.
These pictures and Troy's many other World War II Memorials honors the men and women of Troy who
served in the armed forces of the U.S., those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, and all who supported the war
effort from home. World War II is THE defining event of the 20th Century. The memorials in Troy stand
tall in honor to the spirit, sacrifice, and commitment of the Citizens of Troy and the American people.
I
have only listed a few of Troy's WW II Memorials and I am still seaching for others that I have missed or not found
yet.
