I will post more here later when the band decides to do bios,
history, equipment used , Schedule of events and all of that stuff. Hey, this is a new group so we are still pouring
the slab.... Later and rock on!
Will also create a Myspace page when the time comes and that link will
be located here.
Our Equipment List
Drums: a 6 piece Pearl World Series set that I got in 1994, these
drums are outstanding in there durability. I use Evans EMAD heads all the way around (resonant and batter), Remo custom graphics
bass drum resonant heads, Remo mufflers for snare and toms. I have a double 6 string strainer on the snare, so it sounds
great for rock. The snare is stainless steel and is OK. I use moon gel stickies on the toms and snare, really knocks
down on overtones. I use Ahead and Pro Mark drumsticks, 808 and 747 for practice and 5b for live performance. I use
a DrumDial tuner which measures timpanic pressure at each lug and really gets the accuracy of tuning down to a science. I
play Zildjian Z custom crash cymbals in 16" and 18" varieties, A Zildjian "trash" 20" China Boy, a Zildjian A custom 8" splash,
A very old Sabian B8 Pro 22" dry ride cymbal, a 12" and 14" Zildjian Z custom splash and a set of 15" Zildjian Z custom Dyno
Beat hi-hats rounds out the current metal selection. My hardware is Pearl, Yamaha, and Gibraltar stands with Tama
Iron Cobra Bass Drum pedals and Hi-hat stand. I park my behind on a Pearl bicycle seat type throne, which has lasted
10 + years. I polish the cymbals with either Blue Magic or Zildjian liquid polish.
Below is a player with 100 tunes to choose
from while you browse. it starts automatically and has random play enabled. There are a few tunes that don't quite
fit in with the rest, but it's all good! Enjoy
