Terms and Conditions
Please contact us before making payment to book your charter date.
A $400.00 deposit is required to hold your date for
any fishing charter.
Deposits are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to deliver/send payment of the deposit to the Captain in a timely manner prior to
the trip.
Any balance due on the day of your trip must be paid
with cash only before the charter leaves the dock. Credit cards and checks are not accepted
at the dock.
The Captain determines what weather
conditions are not appropriate for the charter to go out. Your trip will be rescheduled and the deposit
will apply to your rescheduled trip if the Captain decides not to take the charter out on your original scheduled day.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Six person maximum per trip.
Children must be carefully supervised at all times.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal
items.
Please inquire about pricing for all personalized trips.
Our crew works for tips. A gratuity of 15-20%
is appreciated and should be added to the cost of your trip.
Recreational Atlantic Tuna Retention Limit Federal Law requires that HMS (Highly Migratory Species), Charter/Headboat vessels must retain BFT (Blue Finn Tuna) which
are 73 inches or greater in length. These fish will automatically become property of the boat.
