People have ask me down through the years, what I do for a living. I have been working at J.H. Fletcher &
Co. for 34 years. I have done a lot of different things and built a lot of different machines, mostly roofbolt machines that
go under ground in coal mines. For the past 5 years I have been working in the industrial mineral end of business. It
