List of sources of funding. Haven't had any luck with them. Most refer you to try your bank.
Pennsylvania's Housing Assistance Program But the interest rate is higher than some private institutions, but you can get $10,000 for home modifications if you have the first loan with them.
HUD website that goes to links for the disabled. Check the requirements for the programs.
