staging which includes anything from editing clutter, rearranging furniture, scheduling and managing cleaning and
repairs to large scale renovation and furniture leasing. It is not usually necessary to stage every room;
the main living areas are normally what sell a home. Attention should also be
focused on any room that seems difficult to furnish. Most staging projects
can be done at a reasonable cost and have a great investment return.
