The Brigham House "Cafe Gallery"
.... following a recent renovation, the Brigham House will again host exhibitions by Watertown Art Association
members in a new gallery near the Recreation Room on the first floor.
In November, the Gallery at Brigham House features the watercolor magic of artist Peg Dunn. Her enchanting and colorful watercolors feature scenes of Paris and Venice, charming still lifes and enchanting
landscapes. Join her for an artist’s reception on Saturday, November 14, 1 to 3 pm. December will feature the talents
of artists in Dawn Evans Scaltreto’s
Wednesday night adult Watercolor
Class at Watertown Community Education. Their exciting watercolors run the gamut of subjects. Please join the artists for
a reception on Saturday, December 12, 1 to 3 pm and come and learn about this great ongoing class for beginner to advanced
watercolorists.
Upcoming exhibits include Donna Fairbanks and
Louise Nugent in January, The
Artists of the Brigham House staff and residents in
February, the talents of Gene Faucher in March and a group show of artwork from the many talented
artists in the Watertown Art Association for April to be open for the Watertown & Belmont Open Studios event on April
24 and 25, 2010.
Exhibits will resume in June and artists wishing to have their artwork featured at
