Rum Raisin Truffles This month we're featuring chocolate truffles made with another local brew: Dogfish Head's Brown Honey Rum with
raisins. Raisins plumped with the smooth warmth of the rum add a pleasing textural dimension to the creamy truffle
center.
Truffles also available in time for Valentine's Day:
Original, dark chocolate
Jasmine tea with Dean's local honey
Raspberry with Port wine
