The Constitution and By-Laws of The Elusive Bicyclists
 
The Elusive Bicyclists is an international scion society of the Baker Street Irregulars
 
Founded January 2003
 
Founding Members: Mia Stampe (Denmark), Catherine Cooke (England), Thierry Saint-Joanis (France), Enrico Solito (Italy), Richard Olken (USA). 

The society is named "The Elusive Bicyclists"

The mission is "Keeping green the memory of the Master and the enjoyment of bicycling."

"Official Meetings" will be any get-together where 2 or more discuss (among other things) both cycling and the Canon, or where both Canonical discussion and cycling take place.

"Official Tours" are cycling tours which include some Sherlockian component

"Unofficial Events" are anytime any member reads, thinks about, or discusses the Canon while cycling.

"Founding Members" are the 5 who met in New York City on January 12, 2003

"Country Founders" are the first Elusive Bicyclists to organize in their respective nations.

"Noms". Each member is allowed to choose a 'name' from the Canon to identify her/himself  in connection with The Elusive Bicyclists
