"I am a private tutor at St. Christopher's School. One of my
ex students who was a student at Hampden Sydney College passed away in 2008. I worked with Allen and his brother
for probably 8 years, so as you may guess, became quite close to the family. So in his honor (and for his mother, a gardener
herself) I named the daylily "Angel Allen Goolsby West". I will present her with the daylily the Friday before Mothers'
Day. As the plant increases each year, I plan to give her more fans to share with friends and family always keeping
