*What are the signs made of?
All of the signs are made of thick weatherproof plastic.
*How large are the signs?
Most of the signs are 4 feet tall and vary in width.
*How are the signs installed?
You designate where the sign will be placed. They are
on a single metal stake that is pounded into the ground. Please avoid any locations
where our stake my pierce irrigation systems or underground wires.
*How much advance notice must I give when ordering a sign?
Your sign selection may be available within 24 hours.
Payment is required to reserve your sign.
*The sign is a gift. How will the recipient know who it is from?
We can deliver (to the mailbox) a personalized card at your option and at no extra charge.
*Can I move the sign?
Please do not move the sign. Please call if you need the sign relocated.
*Can I mow the lawn or trim around the sign?
Please do not use a line trimmer or mower near the signs to prevent any damage.
Our signs are waterproof.
*Do you deliver to public buildings or apartment buildings?
No, unfortunately we will not deliver to either of these locations.
*Will my homeowner's association allow the signs?
Most HOA's will allow temporary signs such as these. It is your responsibility to check
with any HOA to ensure that is the case before you order.
*Do you deliver in inclement weather?
Yes, we will deliver in reasonably inclement weather. If the Federal Government is closed,
so are we and we will contact you to reschedule delivery.
*Is there a delivery fee?
Check our zip code directory on the front page of this website.
In some cases there may be a delivery fee. We'll let you know by telephone if that is
the case.
*What if the sign becomes damaged?
Please call us immediately if a sign becomes damaged by severe weather. We reserve the
right to charge a $75 fee if our sign is intentionally damaged or stolen.
*What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, money orders, and Paypal. We e-mail
our invoice for credit card payments and you pay on-line as well.
*What is your refund policy?
You will receive a refund of rental fees (but not delivery fees, if applicable) if
your reservation is canceled 48 hours in advance.
If extreme weather prevents us from delivering your sign, we will telephone you and arrange
redelivery without refunding fees. If we cannot deliver the sign, we will issue a refund.
If we make a mistake on the personalization, please notify us immediately and we will replace
it.
You will NOT receive a refund if
- A homeowner or HOA stops us from setting up
- If we are asked to remove the display
- If we are given the wrong address
- If we are given the wrong personalization
- If we are not allowed access into a gated community
- If the homeowner's dog is loose
- or for any other reason deemed dangerous or beyond our control.
