The Base Rate for aerial photography flights up to 1 hour, within a 30 mile radius of our base airport, is $299*. This fee covers aircraft hourly usage,  commercial pilot, and photographer fees. Flights lasting over 1 hour, the billing rate will be charged per hour at quarter/hour increments at $200/hr. For example if the aerial photo flight lasted 1 hour + 15 minutes, the total would be an additional $50. *Fees are subject to change based on aircraft and will be discussed with client prior to scheduling the mission.   We also offer Aerial Photo Packages below which may be better suited for your needs:  

 A 10% down security deposit or $40, whichever is greater, will be required to schedule any photo mission and is applied as partial payment towards the base rate. Should the flight be cancelled due to weather, pilot availability, or aircraft maintenance, we will reschedule. If you decide you no longer need the service after scheduling, we will refund 100% of the security deposit if the cancellation is made 48 hours in advanced. 

Rates above the Base Rate are determined by location, total project requirements and production services. Oftentimes, we can cover several sites within the 1-2 hours depending on the proximity. Clients will be advised of actual rates based on the specific requirements of each flight. Large projects and multiple site projects may qualify for discounted rates.
