Hear Ye! Hear Ye!
Relive the days of yore on the Pennsylvania frontier at the Custaloga Town French and Indian War Encampment, Father’s
Day weekend, June 14 & 15. Thrill to the crash of musketry and the boom of artillery as the British, French, and
Indians battle for control of the Ohio River Valley. See colonial-themed artwork, learn how to make a quill-pen or carve a powder
horn, and watch artisans and tradesmen practice their crafts from days gone bye. Acquaint yourself with local colonial history.
Children will enjoy the Native American kid’s games program where they are instructed how to play authentic games from
the time. Walk among the tents of over 300 reenactors and view camp life of the 1750’s. Listen to lectures on local
18th century history by respected historians.
The encampment will be open for public view from 9am to 7pm
on Saturday, June 14, and from 9am to 4pm on Sunday, June 15. For more information, visit our website http://www.paladincom.com/custaloga.shtml or contact
