How to Prevent Dental Anxiety
Some patients may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We want you to be comfortable at your visit with
us. Our office provides a comfortable, at-home feeling to help you relax. Our small staff will help you with your dental
needs personally.
We have recommendations for anxious patients in preparation for their appointment:
Avoid any caffeinated products like coffee, tea, or soda prior to your appointment. These products will
make you more anxious.
Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment. Avoiding having to rush to your appointment
will keep you calmer.
Try to get a good night's rest prior to your appointment. You will feel better and more refreshed for your
appointment.
Choose an appointment time that is best for your schedule and does not conflict with other engagements.
This will help prevent you from feeling rushed to get to your appointment or to leave after the appointment.
Let us know if you are anxious. We will do our best to make you comfortable and address your concerns.
