1) Bid Out of Turn
============================================================
2) Insufficient Bid
** An Insufficient Bid is automatically accepted if LHO calls. The auction proceeds as though there
had been no irregularity.
When the insufficient bid is not accepted, the offender may neither DOUBLE nor REDOUBLE.
Pointing out an insufficient bid by either non-offender does not suggest acceptance of the insufficient bid.
1.
If the insufficient bid is deemed to be conventional, it must be corrected by a legal bid or pass and then the offender's
partner must PASS for the remainder of the auction.
2. If the insufficient bid is not conventional and is corrected
by any other sufficient bid that imparts the same meaning OR a more precise meaning, the auction proceeds as if
there was no irregularity.
3. If any other bid or a pass is made, the offender's partner must
pass for the remainder of the auction.

Opening
Lead out of Turn / Law 54
Any lead faced out of turn may be treated as a correct
lead if declarer or either defender accepts the lead by making a statement to that effect.
Faced Opening Lead Out
of Turn
Declarer has 5 options and should hear all of them before deciding:
1. Accept the lead from the wrong hand
and see dummy before plaing in proper sequence from your own hand.
2. Accept the lead and become dummy.
3. Require the lead -- one time only from the proper opening leader -- of the suit that was improperly led, returning
the penalty card to the offender's hand.
4. Prohibit the lead --from the proper leader for as long as he remains on lead -- of the suit that was improperly
led,
returning the penalty card to the offender's hand.
5. Leave the improperly led card on the table as a penalty card. The opening leader can lead as he chooses. If the
correct opening leader retains or regains the lead and the penalty card is still on the table, declarer may, each time before
defender leads, exercise options 3, 4 or 5.
