Ukulele Noir 21

The Flea's got his groove back and made it out for the latest Ukulele Noir show.....now #21.....at UN's home base, The Sky Bar. There was a good size mixed crowd of dedicated uke fans and also plenty newbies coming to check out this reoccurring musical phenomenon. This was truly one of the most fun Ukulele Noir shows The Flea has seen. Most of the artists had a new batch of material.....and well chosen. Matt Samolis performed with Peter Bloom, a master of the flute of all sizes. Some of their selections were absolutely gorgeous. A flute and a ukulele....who would think?

Tim Mann and Greg Hawkes wowed everyone with their new set. Tim has written some real beauties and what a great voice. Mark Occhionero has a whole new set of nice covers including "Secret Agent Man."
