I had the pleasure of taking the US Sailing Basic Keel Boat Certification
in San Diego with the J-World Sailing School.
It was a full week of beautiful sailing on San Diego Bay. The J-80
is a racing boat and is a dream to sail!
In this photo I'm bringing the J-80 into its slip under sail alone.
The boat has no auxiliary power. My instructor, Lee , stands aft at the ready in case I mess up! (Which I didn't)
At the end of a great day of sailing! My instructor Lee and Me at
the marina. Lee lives for sailing and taught me well.
