Gouverneur visited Doric Lodge #58 in Ottawa, Ontario. The work on the trestle board was Installation of Officers. It was a very good Installation of Officers for Doric Lodge. The Grand Lodge of Scotland was represented in three of its District Grand Lodges, those being the Bahamas, Jamaica and Barbados. The Grand Lodges of Manitoba and Nova Scotia were represented by visitors from those jurisdictions. In addition Doric members and other visitors from several Lodges around Ontario represented several other Grand jurisdictions including the United Grand Lodge of England, the Grand Lodge of Scotland per se, the Grand Orient of France, the Grand Lodge of Alberta and the Grand Lodge of Quebec. The Grand Master and Deputy Grand Master were also in attendence. The Worshipful Master of Gouverneur was invited to the East.  The two Lodges have shared visitations for many years starting back in 1963.
