January - No meeting in advance of the Annual Diocesan Council.

March 9- Devotions: Ken Cook. Meeting devoted to discussion of Caregiver booklet.

June - No meeting in anticipation of 50th Wedding Anniversaries celebration
July, August - The Committee is normally in recess for the summer months.
September 14 - Devotions: Anna Moncure
October 5 - Devotions: Anne White. The Committee also
meets at 1:00 p.m. prior to the opening of the Tri-Diocesan Fall Camp.

May 20, 2009 - Celebration of Longevity Holy Eucharist and Reception especially recognizing those who
are 90 plus years of age. Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury, Winchester, Virginia from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
June 17, 2009 - Celebration of 50+ years of marriage: Holy Eucharist and Renewal of Vows for those couples married
