My name is RoseMarie Rubinetti Cappiello. I am
an ordinary, middle class, Italian American, Jersey Girl who happens to live a very Mystical
life. I hold very ordinary credentials (by Earthly standards)....a BS in Physical Education from
Montclair State University and a Hypnotherapy Certification among other things. I have been teaching yoga for the past
17 years and owned and operated The Yoga Center in Lyndhurst now known as Practical Spirituality for Mind, Body and Spirit.
I am proud to say, it was the one of the first Yoga studios in my blue collar area. Since it's opening in 1999, many
more have followed suit. In my work, I use my GOD-Given Intuitive Abilities, along with practical sensibility to
help others discover and hone their Intuitve Abilities, get in touch with their Higher Self and connect to their Higher Power
or SOURCE. I have four beautiful children who I adore and have been married for 10 years to John Cappiello Jr.
After 9/11, like so many people, I sought a way to be of service. I
asked my GOD, through prayer and meditation, what I needed to do and how could I help...... my answer from Heaven
was "Keep your Heart open... teach and help others to do the same" Through my ability to experience Heaven's perspective
and see beyond suffering and pain, I have held a place of peace in my heart and humanitarianism in my soul. Some
might call it a positive attitude or positive intention. I like to believe I have helped others to do the same.
My belief is that, in the midst of your own life struggles, there are ways
you can feel positive, uplifted, supported, loved, acknoweledged and validated. Then, it feels natural
to allow the innate love and compassion in your own heart to flow .... you know, keep your heart open. My purpose
is to help with that process.
On this website, you'll find an offering of my work and all that I do. There
is a schedule of classes and workshops, information about scheduling a private appointment/reading by phone and ways
to contact me for a channeled writing. You also may order meditation CD's that I have lovingly created. Please
