Weather:     IF severe weather conditions occur, an alternative date can be arranged.  Refund is at the Captain's discretion.

Motion Sickness:   Should you experience motion sickness or if you are unsure, please take the necessary precautions to avoid an unpleasant time for yourself as well as others in your group.  Be sure to take a non-drowsy motion sickness pill prior to the start of the trip.

USCG'S ZERO TOLERANCE:   ALL ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE PROHIBITED.  Both the Captain & the Owner support the USCG's Zero Tolerance Regulation.

Miscellaneous:  Beer okay;  No hard liquor permitted;  No glass bottles.
