Until now, there has never been a known photograph of Sarah
Ware. Story and photo on the new Sarah Ware: The Photo Page, added November 19, 2007
UPDATE: ADDED A FEBRUARY 9TH ARTICLE ON SARAH, DONE
BY THE LEWISTON SUN JOURNAL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SARAH WARE: THE PHOTO PAGE FEBRUARY 12, 2008

Occasionally, even I can be startled by what can be found in the dark streets of Bucksport,
see Sarah Ware Route 2nd Annual Walk
The skeptic will look at photos like those and say matrix,
tricks of the light, or motion blurs. The believer will see defined faces, and full body apparitions.
With the investigations of local Historical Murders, of which there
are enough to keep me going for years, we can show the facts, without question. If along the way, somebody offers
up a house to be investigated for hauntings, sure, I'm there. We are still active in that area, just not focussing on
it. Cemeteries, are a place to remember the dead. Another reason to change are technique, a recent trip to a massive
local cemetery, left us scratching our heads, and wondering, what had happened? Sure there was dozens of kids walking
around, skateboarding, and having a good time. But in a cemetery? Kind of left us with the feeling that the
carnival had come to town. To capitalize on a celebrity burial, and turning a place of respect and mourning into a carnival
like atmosphere, left me wondering if even we should be investigating there.
Not really ready to give up on the hunt, I have made a archive of all
our past investigations. Also left a few of the favorite places intact.
Hopefully this streamline will be looked upon as
a good thing, a sign that even immature ghost hunters can mature.

The almost mythic Witch's Leg, Maine's most well known Urban Legend?
Surfing the web, you can find dozens of different accounts of the curse. It's sad that every one is
based in fantasy, and misinformation. One of them even had the name wrong, written as the Curse of Jonathan Bucksport!!!
On the truth behind the myth page, I will present articles and facts that have been published over the years, none I
have ever seen on the web. After you read them, you can judge for yourself what's fact or fiction. To me, I can
put my finger on about 20 real hauntings or stories from the area, that put to shame, any mention of a witch burning.
I shake my head in wonderment, as the travel shows, and tv shows come to town and film a completely made
up story, and bill it as fact, at the same time, asking for the witch's name or a photo of Buck, considering the photograph
hadn't been invented while he lived.
I've always claimed that there are more things in the dark to be afraid
of, then a made up legend to fit the flaw of a ordinary piece of granite. For instance, a woman, murdered and left to
rot in the woods for 2 weeks before she's found. While the murderer is never found or convicted, and walked the streets
of 1898, a free man. The story can be found on the second murder mystery page.
