Hard Work . Daily drill and practice for a few minutes. 
 
Activity : Make your own Flashcards 
 
  1. Write each key word on an index card.
  2. Write the definition and other connecting details on the back side of the index card.
At the end of the unit you will have a set of flashcards to review for the UNIT assessment.

Reading Strategy: Chapter Overview
  1. Pay attention to these words : before, finally, after, then.
  2. How are some events similar and different. Compare and Contrast these events to events you already know. 
  3. Ask yourself questions as you read: Who was? What was? Who were?
  4. Pay attention to maps, charts, and illustrations to help you understand what you read.
