Firearms Safety and Concealed Weapon Training
Why you need to train
There is a big difference between having a piece of paper that allows you to carry a handgun and being
able to use that handgun in a self defense situation.
1. In the real world, you may be required to defend yourself under different conditions.
·
Daylight
·
Dark
·
Dim light and dark
·
Noise and confusion
· Multiple targets
2. Your current training does not imitate reality
at the Range:
·
The target does not shoot back
·
The target does not move
·
The backstop is safe
·
If your handgun malfunctions it does not matter
3. On the street:
·
The target does shoot back
·
The target does move
·
The back stop is not safe
·
The malfunction of your handgun can be a life
threatening problem.
