Just to clarify the cut offs for signing up for Sunday Tournaments.

If it is a team event tournament sign ups will close at 12:01pm on the Friday before the tournament. Additional players may be allowed in IF a replacement player is required. Or if a full team can be added and a tee time is available.

For individual tournament events, except the Club Championship, we will schedule the event, including tee times, after 12:01pm on the Friday before the tournament. However if tee times are available we will allow additions to the event up to 1 hour prior to the first scheduled tee time (usually 7:30am).

Weekend Tournaments

As a courtesy to other members playing in your four-some, other league members playing after you, and other people playing golf at Pinecrest, PLEASE be on the tee ready to start a minimum of ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled time.

This helps the starters tremendously in getting the tournament out on the course, and simplifies life for the tournament organizers who would prefer to play golf, rather than juggle tee times for missing players at the last minute.

Pinecrest and the PMGA will be providing FREE Driving Range golf balls before many of our tournaments. Please come early and take advantage of this PMGA benefit.
