TOTAL FITNESS eBooks are comprehensive, scientifically sound guides to physical fitness, i.e., to exercise, nutrition and weight control, written by Vincent W. Antonetti, Ph.D. with a Foreword by A. C. Kanaar, M.D., a specialist in rehabilitation medicine.  The first U.S. edition has been used by progressive companies like IBM in their Management and Professional Development programs.

Three versions of Total Fitness are available: A U.S. Edition that employs conventional U.S. units (pounds, ounces, inches, cups, etc.); a Metric Edition that utilizes kilograms, meters, milliliters, metric cups, etc.; and for readers in the U.K., there is a U.K. Edition that uses metric units as well as imperial units (stone, imperial cups, etc.).
