Dr. Antonetti is professor emeritus at Manhattan College. He is a fitness and weight control expert.
Among his many publications is the highly praised, "The Equations Governing Weight Change in Human Beings," published in
the prestigious American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Professor Antonetti's critically acclaimed book The
Computer Diet was awarded four stars by Consumer Guide Magazine - its highest recommendation. He is a
life-long exercise and nutrition advocate, and although a senior citizen he still maintains a vigorous physical fitness regimen.
A.C. Kanaar, M.D., a retired specialist in rehabilitation medicine, has been cited for community leadership
in physical fitness and for many years was a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. Dr. Kanaar's publications
include papers and book chapters on physical fitness and sports. At age 73, he was the oldest person to swim the 28.5
miles (46 km) around New York City's Manhattan Island.
