Glazing:
Glazing is the glass placed on the piece to be framed. Among the most
common types are regular
glass, conservative glass, non-glare glass, and
Plexiglas.
Backing and Finishing:
Photos, paper art, needle point, etc., require a foam board backer.
Acid-free foam board backers
allow ample support of the art work.
All frames are finished with black kraft paper dust covers, black cords
and hangers, and black
bumpers. An IDEAL IMAGES card is included.
I use black kraft paper for the dust cover, black cord and black
hangers. I, of course, add my
card and black bumpers to complete the job.
